Here's a question, do you take a salary?????

I originally invested my own money into the Company in late 2011, about $46K worth to launch the company in my garage and design the prototype we eventually filed patents on.

I worked for free, without a salary and depleted most of my savings as a result. In 2013, after proving the technology, I finally took a salary of $70K a year and started working full time for the Company. Far below what my skills are marketable for.

If so, how is it funded?

After self funding, I was able to sell shares from $0.15-$0.25 to small private investors after completing our proof of concept. Most of the investors were friends and family.

When's the forward split?

What purpose would that serve?

Why do you include the safe harbor statement after the PRs? that doesn't apply in the OTC cesspool. It's used by silly "executives" that think it somehow absolves them of whatever they're about to do.

All public Companies have safe harbor. It's something a good legal team will require. Is this a serious question?

Relax, I treat all the pumping CEOs this way

Didn't realize I was pumping. My Company has no liquidity and is trading at the same price as our last private placement. I guess that makes me a terrible pumper.

Warm Regards,
Chad Sykes
