Blue screen minidump...

Just had this.

It said if this is your first time seeing this message(which it is), just re-start computer.

Re-booted fine. Had a small window pop up to let MS find a solution online. I said ok. Hope it wasn't a virus. It went away never to be seen again.

I googled the blue screen mini dump and not sure what to make of it.

Am I doomed?
