Agree with what you wrote but you are still leaving out the PR, no group of attorneys in the right mind would write something like that and knowingly make it ambiguous ie where it could be interpreted in many ways unless it was "good" for multiple ways. Trust me, attorneys and a group of them want to minimize problems, if it is vague and possibly meaning different things , it was written purposely that way. So where most try to minimize and analyze it to mean one or the other, I say it is covering both and you know what that means.....that it is even better than what most here understand.
