Vape is not overvalued at the present.
18,347,699 shares - approximate market capitalization $ 670,000.
Annual revenues 2015: approximately $ 1.4 million (Sept. 15)
Debt approx: 1.25 million
Debt may have been reduced by the recent dilution.
Total debt was reduced over the years.

VAPE: highly speculative
But we see here 100 percent and more potential.

However, we think that the chances are much higher, than the
risks.
