" The first audit of NanoTech Gaming has started and will be completed in a matter of days.

One endless lie after another.

No gaming license that is needed to manufacture, market, or distribute ANY gambling devices anywhere - nott even for freebie demo installs.

No FCC certification of any gambling devices - cannot manufacture, distribute, market, or even do demo installs until the devices are FCC certified (no casino will accept).

No CE/UL electrical safety certification of the gambling devices - means no casino will allow it on their casino floor or premises without voiding their insurance coverage.

Butt that's all moot because NTGL has exactly ZERO commitments for test installs anywhere. ZERO co-development agreements. ZERO manufacturing agreements. And none of the aforementioned even on the horizon or in term sheet discussion stages.

No audit of NTGL done nor even on the horizon, despite what the NTEK and NTGL dysmanagement continually claims are only days or weeks away, yett nott even started yett (yes, that's DaFacts™ - they can't even locate the required documents from NTEK for the period NTGL was part of NTEK! And DaDaveyFelon™ can't help them noww in DaHole™).

No S-1. Haven't even started drafting one. No distribution of the shares owned by NTEK to anybody - well except the free-trading shares that went to DaFoley™ who DUMPED them last Spring under the HVEL ticker in the .20 range.

Nobody at NTGL who has ever been in a management position in an operating company, nor at a successful start-up, and nobody with gaming industry experience or how casino management even decides on which machines they use in a casino.

Pure joke pennyscam. A bunch of failed, middle-aged kiddies playing in a Foley pennyscam shell. Insane accounting - claiming only $358 TOTAL expenditures for the last reported THREE MONTH period. Insanity.

Worse than Romper Room. Chuckleheads. Imbeciles. A "president" who was kicked to the curb and sitting in the unemployment line until multiple convicted felon, DaFoley™, took him in as a stooge for his frauds.
