In my opinion NO could stand to do away with the slums...there were some seriously bad parts of town. Also Mayor idiot down there should quit with the "we'll be a chocolate city again" crap. IMO NO is likly to be a much better city now that the scum bags were forced to leave. Every city has a ghetto, but it was to the points that NO was the ghetto.

Can't wait to revisit the city. We used to go all the time in college. Great fun there...although 2-3 day's was about all I could take of the smell from puke and piss in the streets.
