the cupboard for cash is like old mother hubbard's cupboard. Forget about sales. They apparently LACK capital if they cannot finance a trip. Then again, when your stock is about a penny and a half pre-reverse splits, it should be painfully obvious there is a huge problem on lots of different fronts.
IMO, this has been the most mis-managed company of all time and kinda ranks right up there with Solyndra only these people took individuals' money and squandered it on themselves while telling one lie after another to keep many of them on the hook. Bernie Madoff style. To me, the name Sprague isn't much different than Madoff. Just another ripoff artist. Solms is just trying to feather his own nest while he can and wavoids are still , yes, even at this time with ALL the information out there, swallowing it hook, line, and sinker.
There comes a point where one can no longer have empathy for someone whom you have shown this to be what it is, a sinking ship, and they still continue to put money into it thinking it will turn around........
