Jocust, I can't help you much as I didn't get a response from the SEC or the FBI.
I wrote to the FBI in San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix as these three cities are places that Piancone does business out of.
If you scroll back through the posts you will come across several posts by Stock Advocate who wrote an extensive letter to the SEC.
I was in contact with him via e-mail for awhile but he just dropped of the radar.
His e-mail back then was [e-mail], try contacting him as I am sure he can enlighten you on a few things.
In the meantime Piancone is the one the FEDS/SEC want to go after.
