THank Mahi-Mahi man. I have good news.

The SEC did get back to me. Can you guys help me? THe SEC wants to know the answers to these questions and/or supply them with the following info:

1) a copy of NAscent's most recent financial statement ( everywhere i go on the internet to search it tells me Nascent's financial statement is "unavailable"....

2) how i know that Nery's earnings are not included in Nascent's financials

3) why I believe Nascent is excluding earnings from its Nery's subsidiary

4) elaboration on my contention that Nascent senior management masked its true intentions and defrauded investors during the IPO when the firm underwriting the IPO went bankrupt and the exodus of Nascent senior staff occurred shortly after the stock plummeted to well below 1 cent from about $8.00/share before the bankruptcy [ this was my own contention in my SEC complaint ]

Can anyone help me with these answers?
