You are right, but there was plenty of shady manipulation involved in dropping this to $0.07 as well. It was basically "walked down" to $0.07. So yes there has been manipulation on the low side and on the high side.

So if you don't have the stomach for this, stay away from this stock. But if you can make the right calls on this stock at what appears to be the start of a sine wave, you will be a very rich person. Stocks that trade in a sine wave pattern are a trader's best friend.
