I will say that $SPHS has held up suprisingly well compared to the bio carnage we have had over the past couple of weeks... I still think it is insultingly undervalued for having a market cap of ~15 million, with an impending phase 3 result coming in Q4.

IMO, Dan Ward had some great points in his Nov article for seekingalpha.

For full disclosure, he has become bearish after the interim results in December, but the stock has rallied over 100% from those lows, so IMO it suggests that perhaps the final P3 results will be a surprise. I look back on the many, many times that a stock has had bad prelim/interim results, and then positive final results, and IMO, this is one of these cases.

That being said, I do have a substantial position here so I could be biased. Do your own DD and, as always, my posts are only my opinion and not investment advice.
