It is a franchisee, and not directly owned by grlt,so I don't blame Klein for not announcing it. So he is probably leaving it to the Texas group to make the announcement on the opening date. Also a lot of restraunts will have a soft opening,not a lot of advertising or promoting so the employees can get use to the menu and how things are supposed to be ran. Some times this will be for a week or so. This is all my own opinion.
