This RS nonsense just creates a lot of blue sky from which the PPS will probably fall through manipulation. If the science is as good as it appears to be and we have a savvy CEO, then we shouldn't need a RS out of some sort of desperation. I see a RS as a negative, not a positive. For example, what has the RS done for ONCS at this point, little if anything – just more game playing.
