Brian doesn't know the meaning of fairness. Twice his official fillings signed off by him, neglected to mention a number of CD's that investors were not aware of. How is it fair for investors to buy shares when the filings were misleading ??? (for which many here in the event of a reverse split will claim for damages)

The fairest thing for future investors would be for the SEC to stop him from ever making a filing again.

If the pps is at .0001 he has nobody to blame but himself all these last CD's were signed off by himself. He only answered questions on the CD's by using half truths and ran when cornered. From memory you also attacked me for daring to ask transparent Brian these questions when it was in every bodies interest to get to the real truth.

I do expect a R/S now that all debt has been paid off for Brian & friends company by retail shareholders. I'd expect it was the plan all along but several excuses will be used.

Also those that encouraged the money to be spent on expanding the company instead of increasing the conversions price now have there answer. Brians company has expanded but your shares are worthless, well done.
