This will allow him to gett the biploar stuff under CONtrol with meds, and make it easier to do the paperwork for the second divorce.
Then it's off to the carpet cleaner at Silverton's and weekends hacking a taxi.
Stevia will do OK. He's the only one of the whole bunch that will find a decent yob after NTGL closes. Nott in Vegas, butt back in SoCal prolly in SFV or Santa Clarita in the IT dept of some small company. He'll do OK.
Seriouly, Stevia isn't a badd guy. I've seen guys like him do OK in the second halves of their lives many times. The key with managing guys like Stevia is you need to give them very specific guidance and only limited discretion. In a small company with a good IT director, they could find a slot for Stevia as long as they managed him well and told him what his specific duties are and how the job is to be done. He'd be a fine direction-follower as long as he knows the script.
Stevia seems like a dependable, even-keel type of grind-it-~OUTT tech. One could start him at helpdesk and if he works ~OUTT after 6 months, move him into network admin and installing updates and new implementations under the direction of an experienced IT director. He could work ~OUTT and find a spot in the foodchain. Fundamentally, he's bright enough and has the temperment to do that if he wants to. Whether he wants to is the question.
Highballwatertower is just plain nuts. I can't see that guy getting hired to do much except run the carpet-cleaning machine and drive a cab. I wouldn't trust the guy to cut the lawn or trim the hedges. The only way to mainstream the guy is to give him simple jobs that have zero room for goofing around or discretion. Like carpet-cleaning a casino floor or hacking a cab (even driving a cab would be a risk to put him in that yob). So maybe just the carpet cleaner at Silverton's for him.
