What if, and I am not in fantasy land thinking it can happen by any stretch. But what if the CSRV is in full production and THEN the VW scandal happened? Is COATES able to retrofit all the VW's with valves to make them meet the emissions guideline? I know it is not happening and it is just hypothetical. Dont the computers have to be re programmed to make something like CSRV retrofitting work in general? I am not a motor head by any stretch. Thanks
