The Astros are a young team whose late season trades did not work out. I'm not sure I would agree the Cubs are better than Houston though. As to the other teams, I haven't looked closely enough.
Beating Toronto will be tough enough. On paper, they are far better than St Louis

Just my opinion, of course.
