CSTI market maker is known for shorting, so he probably was trying to get you to get the price down by doing that for you...@ 2:33pm, yea, that was most likely the market maker making changes
update @ 3 min to go....CSTI showing 10,000 which means has more but you guys did clean out his retail shares visible @ .012
Maybe CSTI holding this at .012 on purpose for self short reasons
