There's only one issuer involved. That is CRGP. CRGP agreed to convert the Nobilis and Beaufort debt to common stock; Signature, the TA, DWAC'd it to Darbie. The stock was sold, and COR cleared the transactions.

Very likely everyone involved should have been paying closer attention.
