TCEL went from status "Active" to "Inactive - Administratively Dissolved (No Agent)" at the Wyoming Secretary of State this morning.

The company legally doesn't exist anymore.


Could be that they got a call from the SEC or Finra last night and updated their records.

Fake PRs are bad news. This one is going to get suspended.
