No. FINRA and DTCC were right. It was a special dividend.

Janice, go read 11140 again. Special dividend changed only the Ex date as far as the final ownership of the shares that held the Due Bill placed on the stock as of June 30 market close... Who ever sold their shares on June 31 and after sold their rights to that dividend.............


Now like I posted before the smart people at the DTCC screw the fking pooch...
