I first thought not to reply to your post… Yet I am a bit sick and tired of this daily negative routine, so let me say a couple of things.

Common problem - looking TOO far ahead. Consider what happens between now and then. Actually between months ago and then. Hasn't been pretty. Expect the trend to continue. Then consider how much dilution there will be to feed this monster cash burn and what that does to the share price. The dilution into oblivion scenario is alive and well as ever. We see the evidence of that every day as we look at the share price, the trend, and proposal # 3.

Why TOO FAR ahead? Are you positive that nothing is going to happen from here to one year from now? If you are so positive… I hope you short the heck out of PPHM and make millions… Will you do that? Or you are just beating around the bush for fun?

If the trend continues… (and I admit it might for a while)… ok I am ready for that visit to under $1… I did take advantage in Sept. of 2012 when after the SABOTAGE the pps sank and I wouldn’t mind to load the bus again if that would happen. Do you also think Avid & the PS targeting portfolio is worth nothing?

You seem to be positive as well that a huge dilution will also take place… Well just imagine the money you will make by shorting the stock like crazy. Please do!

I don’t know what is in the BoD’s mind, but I don’t think they are as dumb, dishonest and irresponsible as the naysayers try (day in and day out) to portray them to be. If know for a fact that there was a partner candidate, Abvie, in Sept. 2012… now that the gathered knowledge and results around Bavi are much more clear and favorable… don’t you think that there might be several partner candidates? I am positive there are.

And I will add something … now that you mock around Gilead and the 24 billion... do you really know all you said about it or your guess is as good as mine?... What if Gilead is ready to approach PPHM? I know this is not a fact, but neither is the doom and gloom and end of PPHM presented here
