I just got a Q UPDATE from Chris. Chris gave me prmission to share it with everyone,but he wanted me to make sure that everyone understands that this was from a source that he wasn't able to verify the information at this time. Heard a little something today, take it for what it's worth.
The L.A. County District Attorney's office came by Media City (former QTN),
in Burbank today, they've begun their investigation and will be back there
tomorrow with subpoenas.
They are going after Team Frank Olsen AND Team Lloyd Fan. "All four of
them," as it was put to me.
Will take a year or more for things to finally play out, but I have to say
that's some great news, especially after last week seemed so hopeless.
Same source says Lloyd actually did try to file bankruptcy for the company,
but the judge who would oversee it said no - that he would not let them
escape the debts, the lawsuits or the possible criminal charges by
dissolving the company because there was willful misconduct.
Now, I think we know why Lloyd is trying so hard to salvage things on his
end - he's in deep shit, although they believe Frank has most of the money.
