This may explain the huge volume on 8 trades on 09/19/2015 the day this big news hit.

VFIN IS ON THE BID, BUYING TO COVER FOR NITE SECURITIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CANT shows up to sell short on the ask, they close the minute VFIN opens up showing a buy to cover (for NITE)
VFIN remained open on the bid for at least 20 minutes after the closing bell.
Perhaps some event like filing for a name and symbol change, or some other behind the scenes prompted NITE to sub contract VFIN to BUY TO COVER.

VFIN s not a retail broker, they are hired out, we have this in writing from VFINs trading ledgers...they work (SELL SHORT) for NITE.
To see them on the bid yesterday is a major development, they do not represent a retail buyer like us, they represent NITE.
Nite needs to buy back "shares" held in accounts worldwide, they will not buy new shorts created by another selling short such as CANT.
That's my take and I believe I am correct given the trading ledgers received from VFIN stating they were selling short for NITE, back a few years ago.They bought and sold large blocks massively under the current .0003 pps to make the dope think the company was dumping.....we busted them and they admitted it.
We were right, the trolls have always been wrong.
VFIN was fined over 40 grand and you did not see them making a market on PYCT for a good year after arbitration.
I do not know what next week or any given day holds, but clearly IF VFIN is showing a buy to cover (other mms can see this) then they KNOW something we don't, something major.
It will be interesting to see if retail buyers can still buy through online brokers once the short covering starts or will they halt all opening transactions on PYCT as we have seen on other runs?
Other brokers who do not hold fraudulent shares for their clients will allow buying, and buy they will!
For those of us with accounts that may HALT all new buys, my advice is think long and hard before placing a sell order, because you will not be able to flip it, and buy back on the pullbacks.
Another facet is the shares you hold NOW, is all you will ever get...at least once this all begins and my theory is right about the short brokers not allowing you to buy, but more than happy for you to SELL.

That is why I have been buying as many shares and bringing in new blood every chance I get, help screw shorty, and make insane profits off their stupidity.
