Milagros Del Cobre Mineria S.A. de C.V. doesn't exist - there is a Chilean company with a similar name but they don't have any mining operations in Mexico.

Then there is the problem of CRGP not responding to the lawsuit filed by COR and Adam Carter can't be located for service of the Summons.

CRGP stated in the press release that "shareholder approval" was dated 08/31/2015 and, "The parties currently expect to complete the merger immediately"...

And the CRGP is still trading on the greys and listed on OTCM. CRGP won't file with FINRA to take the company private - for shareholders it is over.

Signature stated via email they haven't heard from CRGP:

*We have not heard anything from the issuer at all.

In regards to my firm I will not be able to state anything until our firm is dismissed from the lawsuit.

Just as before with SRGE and SAEI - these guys slither into the night leaving shareholders hanging - some will be here a year from now talking about the company buying back the shares or waiting for a quarterly dividend.

But, the facts are that the dividend was illegally funded as CRGP scammed everyone including shareholders.

They are gone - GRCP is a dead shell.
