Some of the questions that need to be answered for the EC come before the POR.

1) Will sale of Hyperion harm GTAT's future prospects? Could techs such as medical be licensed rather than sold in order to gain revenue while retaining ownership of the tech for GTAT related use? Are Apple patents for sapphire lamia in cover screens dependent on Hyperion? Did GTAT do Apple's R&D for that patent.

2) Is the Kyma related R&D of benefit to Apple? Again, did GTAT foot the bill for Apple's R&D and are the proposed royalties in line with cost and market potential?

2) Will the Manz settlement result in surrender of R&D done by GTAT to the long term advantage of Manz?

None of these proposed actions should go forward without full DD by an EC that has the technical and business expertise to evaluate them and their impact on the Debtor's estate.
