Because Bill is a liar and a cheat. He makes statements with no follow thru what so ever. Every couple of months a new wave of pumpers come in to pump GRDO and that means Bill needs money and more people buy useless paper.

Expect another useless PR shortly and then this will go dormant for another few months.

Load all you want because it's apparent not many others are. You really shouldn't be baiting or enticing others into this because your intentions speak volumes.
