Jim: I am not sure that the Fidelity Contrafund listing of 400,000 shares is actually a new purchases ( since Mar 31, 2006). As I previously wrote (post 159,813), the separate data reported by Thomson for Institutions and Mutual Funds, in some instances is for the same shares. For, example, if you go to the listing on the link you posted ( post 159,759), you will see that under Institutions for Heartland Advisors it shows ownership of 4,054,350 shares and that under Mutual Funds it shows that the Heartland Value Fund holds 3,000,000 shares, obviously the same shares. Similarly, under Institutions, Fidelity Management shows 676,500 shares, while under Mutual Funds, Fidelity Contrafund shows ownership of 402,200 shares. ( Note: Fidelity Management's 676,500 shares is reported on the Nasdaq's Institutional listing as of Mar 31,2006, under FMR Group, with 673,600 representing new shares). Because of the source of the data used for reports, under Institutions where a management company is involved, the reports represent all the holdings of a stock in all the mutual funds managed by the company; while for Mutual Funds, the data represents the holdings of the specific fund.

To all, I was quite surprised after I posted that report yesterday showing Fidelity's largest fund ( Fidelity Contrafund) with assets of 67.5 billion took a 400,000 new share position in our company.
