There was no discussion on that one day change. It was the Court's decision to edit the proposed order.

I disagree about the urgency of earnings. The U.S. is about to enter a solar boom and sapphire is in demand. They can only hold off so long without losing market share and that is not what ANYONE wants. In that event not only shareholders, but bondholders and creditors would be at risk.
