It APPEARS that the court change the date on the proposed order to Oct 16, the date of the hearing on appointment of an EC.

I BELIEVE upon approval of appointment of an EC the period of exclusivity will need to be extended further in order to give the EC time to do their DD and formulate arguments.

I DO NOT BELIEVE the company will be able to hold back news and sales much longer.
