I do not know what your issue is here but I have done a lot of DD on this and I know for a fact that neither of the two people you mentioned are in anyway involved with management of this company. I work in the legal arena and believe I get truthful information. Please check your facts before taking your obvious grievances with past people out on the new that are trying to build a good honest company.
