What do you think they have been doing the past several years??? Those years you speak of have pretty much been put in place since around 2012/2013. Those years are coming to a close and we shall know soon enough most likely sometime next year (if were lucky by the end of this year)if NEAH's tech will prove to be worth as they stated back when it will be years before anything shows.

And again with this finalized. They have finalized agreements to use their tech in other companies products these are done deal and are pretty much contracts. Once again you guys are getting terms confused with what NEAH is trying to do with Shoarai

Which to my knowledge, is the only deal that is still pending and not finalized/closed just yet as its an agreement that is solely based on an "acquire" not just a contract type deal thats based on two companies agreeing to use each others tech for a particular product integration such as Silent Falcon etc.. which are pretty much done deals, which now need nothing more than testing to finalize (or whatever needs to be done to integrate) to be completed.

So people get your Crying in line because at the moment all I see is salt.... salt everywhere lol.
