Either your a private company or not. Not sure I understand your post? Leo chose the public way to raise funds... There's more risk going public (as we see now) but that was their only avenue for financing. The key going forward will be their next round of financing? Will they have a partnership in-time to avoid an Aspire deal? Also, where will the PPS be when there's time to negotiate with Aspire? Current funding should last through May, so this has to be on Leo's mind...
