If CTIX is private, Leo will be looking for private/angel investors. Just like what Aprea is doing with their p53 drug. These investors know the game, so Leo doesn't need to "babysit" them all the time. I'm sure BioHedge knows a thing or two about private investing.

If CTIX were private they would not be able to fund operations. Aspire has funded them through stock sales.
