for these plans for an r/s.
Sounds like insider information to me.

Paul specifically said selling VitaCig
shares and an r/s were not on the table.
That an r/s wasn't something management
discussed, and they were not planning on
selling any VitaCig shares at this time.

So again, where are you getting your
information from?
