PRSN data news out.9.7m o/s,about $5m cap. next update and PPS will prob, hit $3 again- waiting for updates relating this as well:

he company is very solid now. Assets/Debt ratio more than 4 now!!(very solid),so shorts if there any will have to cover soon or to burned.:
After raising an additional $4.3m (Insiders bought 155k shares at .88),the balance sheet very solid:

A/O June 10Q :Total current assets $ 4,187,752 vs Total current liabilities $ 2,405,835 .the ratio was about 2(solid). A/O August 4 ,Total current assets about $ 8.4m!!(way over the minimum required($2.5m) by Listing Rule 5550(b)(1)),Assets/Debt ratio more than 4!!(very solid).

on June, it flirted with delisting by Nasdaq, but managed to bring in enough interest from investors to raise $4.3 million to avoid the jam.

that was the reason for the huge drop from $3 (back in June 2015) to $.40 and this is no longer in Effect!!.equity is over $8M now! vs only $5m cap.Upcoming events are solid as well.
