NOPE - you have no privity with DTCC or the TA. The shares are in E*Trade's name.

DTCC and the TA has no trustee relationship to you, unless you hold shares in your name registered in the TA's books then the TA owes you.

Butt if your shares are in street name, your only privity is with E*Trade.
