What the Neurosync can and can't do is very much an important factor. Not even getting into the false advertisement lawsuits the company will be looking at for making such claims on a national broadcast show to get people to buy into the company there is the small matter of supply and Demand. In this instance with a big focus on Demand.

There is an incredibly tiny market for people who need an EEG device. Hospitals, researchers, and people with brain issues. Of those, almost all of them probably already have one, so they don't need to fork over another $129 to get another one no matter how powerful and small it is.

Those who don't have one, don't need one and wont want one unless it actually allows them to do something they find interesting or useful. Thats where what it can do matters.

Nobody needs a device like the Neurosync to help them meditate. Candles do the same thing for much cheaper. Some few might WANT to use it to meditate, but not enough to cause a massive surge in sales at christmas or any other time.

But, if you can actually run a computer or smart phone with it, then we are golden. If someone can say, open an email program, type a letter and send it to someone else only using their Mind to do so, then We have something. In that case I would agree with you this is going to sell, and sell well.

But right now I have not seen the device do anything worth buying one for.
