Creditors will own the company at this rate without settlement with an equity committee, which means they will own IP post Ch.11. Hyperion might be sold off in BK tho, before creditors have a major say (they can object in court if the terms are out of the ordinary course of business etc)

Why must Longs and Shorts hate each other? Can't we all just get aLONG?
