Agreed. The government allows huge Ponzi scams to persist, allows naked shorting without repercussion, allows the federal reserve to manipulate markets (including shorting of precious metals), and it even allows the OTC market (consisting of mostly scam stocks) to exist.

Energy should be focused on the government; they are doing (and allowing) the real damage.
