Name some real legitimate companies that have been suspended by the SEC.

The SEC is allowed to suspend trading, driving a company into the gray market through no fault of their own, and is the SEC held accountable for running a company out of business because of their ill conceived knee jerk reaction. NO! That agency can be ten times more deadly than any scam.
