I hear ya, my numbers were a combination of things. Also don't think Calissio directly bought back 300m shares

This is where I think the OS is closer to ...

- There were 592m shares in the OS near COB on Monday 8/21 (post divy).
- There were about 80-100m not retired (returned to treasury),
- There was 1.5 days that CGRP could have bought more and the total for that period was was 650m shares traded. Though they can buy more I would say 10% might be right. that would be about 60m

OS is likely near 430m-450m imo
