Seen some valuations thrown out there. All interesting and possible. That said, I put together an almost liquidation type valuation below that assumes a lot on the "conservative" side. I know some will say its all a scam and their wouldn't be an offer to shareholders anyways but was doing this for myself and figured I would share.

The below are not included in the basic calculations
- Not including about 14m is assets to include Jovita and 1m in cash receiables
- Not including in revenue since 6/30
- Not including in future revenue calculations
- Saying CRGP has to pay COR 4m.

June 30
- Assets - Cash = 8.6m
- Assets - Other = 0 (13m not including)
- Total Liabilities = 4.1m (4.6m – 500k note clear over last month)
-----------------------------
Net = 4.5m

After San Pedro sale (assets and liabilities)
- Cash = 7.3m payment
- Other = 7.2m in debt reduction and shares of stock
-----------------------------
Net = 14.5m

Known Costs to CRGP since
- 3m - divvy and stock buyback
- 4m – Let’s say they owe COR that, not saying they do
- 1m – Misc (just throwing in)
-----------------------------
Total Costs = 8m

Summary
June = 4.5m
After san Pedro = 14.5m
-----------------------------
Sub Total = 19m
Minus costs – 8m
-----------------------------
Total = 11m

If 600m shares than $11m / 600m shares = .018 per share
