Those who don't listen to SOS's sage comments very closely are....unwise.

Based on available information, I can come up with the very favorable hypothesis that the trial has met its end point or the more dire hypotheses that: (1) there is a safety issue or (2) the results on an interim basis suggest that the trial is unlikely to successfully meet its endpoint. However, I have a feeling (purely intuitive) that there is something else going on that enhances or goes beyond these possible scenarios. -- SOS

Remember when he was the first credible person to suggest the delay after December 10, 2013 was due to the company resizing (Pyrr penned an article on some other theories). It was Smith's sense based upon NWBO's former public statements, his many years of experience and his own insight.

Now he is stating that what is occurring is possibly not directly related to safety, futility nor efficacy. Call it intuition -- from an expert analyst.

What is new in the world? Oh yeah, Hospital exemptions and Early access to medicine (and FDASIA modifications). Of course he may be referring to something else, but we know that EAMS and HE are on the front burner, as are price negotiations which necessarily brings in NICE.
