My gut feeling says, commit to the minimum because we still have ongoing and "outstanding" issues yet to be resolved. I don't believe we have seen the end of the legal action between these 2 (3) parties. In addition the seismic analysis is not a hundred per cent guarantee. Drill one well, prove the science, get oil, drill another, rinse and repeat.
