They go private now? What happens to the shares being held? Just sit in a shell ticker until the reverse merger it down the line?

This has turned out to be the scam of all scams......
Pay dividends to get more investor money.....
Raise AS to dump shares on them and make millions.....
Then go private and screw all Bag Holders further?.....
