I suffered a "Gone-Private" in 2001 holding XO Communications
Early one morning a pre-market PR saying "The Majority shareholders have voted to go private" and Whoosh- $9000 gone, Presto! Whammo!
(I didn't even have a chance to sell for Trips)


I wouldn't be holding this anymore, all things considered.
