correct, and that glitch may mean that he as well was caught off guard by the 25% rule as well as I mentioned.

He also might be referring to only shares bought back directly by CRGP shouldn't qualify for a divy, hard to tell by the language/wording. As that might be unjustly enriching them seeing as the buyback was in place to retire the shares.
