Windows don't stay open for very long . TSOI has a basket of patents / intellectual properties -
I smell green .

This is a perfect setup w/ low float , and no dilution TO THE FLOAT , but there has been some dilution to the authorized , as my earlier post w/ the link provided .

RISK :

TSOI has used up , (or "burned") , 1M shares , out of the 5M issued on 5/15/15 for investment . We all know it takes money to move a business plan forward.
These investor shares are restricted , and won't be coming to market soon - thus the open window .IMO


REWARDS :

"The intellectual property purchased from OmniBiome contains a plethora of innovative concepts and data that is ripe for commercialization ".

(Thomas Ichim was part of OmniBiome - check out my earlier posts with links to his bio).

So - I wonder what else they have coming because this sounds like there is more IP (intellectual property),in the pipeline.
