FINRA has said nothing about that. There's no reason to imagine that a suspended or halted stock is "cleared" when it resumes trading. SEC enforcement actions often come a year or more after a suspension or halt.
Neither FINRA nor the SEC will comment. Your only sources of information will be the company--which has yet to say anything at all--and the COR lawsuit.
